SHIPPING

After payment has been received, all orders are dispatched within 2 business days at the latest.

DELIVERY WITHIN LITHUANIA

Via Lithuanian Post. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel through the Lithuanian Post tracking system. The parcel usually arrives at your local post office within 2–3 business days. The postal worker will deliver the parcel to your door. If you are not at home, you will need to collect the parcel from the nearest post office.

PRICE – depends on the weight of the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post as registered priority mail. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. International parcels usually arrive within 4–15 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or for damage to the contents of the parcel during transportation. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that your address is entered correctly, including the postal code, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

We ship our products to many countries around the world. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees or other local taxes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Important: Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and other import-related charges applicable in the recipient's country are not included in the price of the products or shipping.

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees or other additional charges that may apply when importing the parcel into the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported into their country and for paying all applicable import duties, taxes and other fees related to the importation of the goods.

If a parcel is refused, not collected or returned to us due to unpaid import duties, taxes or for any other reason, the buyer may be responsible for any additional shipping and return costs.
