RETURNS

To return an item, please contact us at labas@amatukalnelis.lt or +370 698 71234.

You may return the items within 14 business days from the date you received your order. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to the address provided using a return method convenient for you. We will refund the purchase price of the item and the shipping costs within 1–3 business days from the date the return form is completed.

After completing the form, we kindly ask you to contact us using the contact details provided above or via our Facebook page so that we can discuss the necessary information regarding the collection/return of the item and agree on the most convenient method for you.

Items can only be exchanged or returned if they are undamaged and have retained their original appearance.
